About the Event
The Cursillo retreat includes fifteen talks given by priests and by laypeople. The major emphasis of the weekend is to encourage participants to take what they have learned back into the world, on what is known as the "fourth day." The retreat stresses personal spiritual development.
Cursillo is a 3-day, overnight retreat. Those attending arrive on a Thursday night and stay at Camp Maryomount until Sunday evening. All meals and ammenities are provided by the retreat.
What does the retreat cost? The cost of the Cursillo weekend is $150 per person. Your weekend has already been paid for. You will be asked for a donation to cover the cost of the next Weekend. Inability to pay should not deter anyone from applying for the Cursillo Weekend.
Everyone that makes the retreat is sponsored by someone who has previously attended. Your sponsor has responsibilities before, during, and after your retreat.…
